| Brief Running History | I started running relatively late in life after other sports fizzled for me. At age 30, I learned what running could be and promptly fell for it. I’ve enjoyed the whole spectrum of races from the mile to the ultra and savored some nice PR’s along the way. I now understand how performance and priorities shift as we grow in this sport but I never want to lose the simple joy of running. To me, the sport is a gateway to new places and higher opportunities and I hope I never get enough of it! |
