Red Hills Kids Triathlon-Seeing how much fun and excitement the kids experience during this race reminds me of why I love running and triathlon.

Turkey Trot-To eat Thanksgiving lunch with my family, you must participate in TT in some way, whether walking, running, or volunteering. It is also a great chance to catch up with friends that I don’t see any other time of the year.

I don’t have a “hero.” I admire certain qualities about people, but don’t have one specific “hero.”

I ran in races with my dad when I was a kid, but didn’t really start running until my mid 20s when Ray Hanlon “converted” me. After a few years of being solely a runner, I crept over to the dark side and started competing in triathlons.
