5K Melon Run, Monticello Florida and Seaside Half Marathon

When I am in town Turkey Trot 15K is a favorite and of course Springtime! 

I love running at Forest Meadows with friends and my long runs at Southwood. 

I admire any person who makes the decision to get up, go outside and conquer their fear of the unknown!!

I run to get to know myself better and to serve as a positive role model to my son, Ryan.

I started running over 10 years ago, participating in 5Ks and eventually moving up to 10Ks and then half marathons.  After doing a dozen or so half marathons I decided to take the plunge and ran the Chicago Marathon in 2008 and the Disney Marathon in 2009.  I love how running makes me feel and am now addicted to long runs.
