Message from David Yon, 3/13/01

I made it by to see Tim tonight. Cora, Jonny and Dan were there. Expect a visit at tomorrow night's board meeting from some folks who just want to say thanks.

I did not see much change in Tim's condition. He is still tired and weak. But just when you think there is nothing left, out pops "Have a good race, Saturday." And the corners of his mouth turn up to form just a trace of a smile.

Gregg, you did a wonderful thing with the Proclamation. It made a huge impression on the family and on Tim. I know you worked a long time on that and refused to let it go until someone said yes.

If anyone who has contributed is not on the honor roll list, please e-mail me so I can add them. I know I have missed a bunch of people, some I should have known about (for example the organizers Art and Kate) and others I have no way of knowing. It will be a nice list to give to Cora, so even if you are not wanting to "flaunt" your generosity, I would still appreciate help in making the list complete.
