Tim Simpkins: Update 1/23/01

Hello Friends,

Your words and expressions of support and encouragement continue to amaze my family and I. We are ever so grateful for your kindness. Today I was less tired than I've been in about four-five days. This morning stomach pains required short visit to Dr.'s office for relief. (Plop, Plop! Fizz, Fizz! Oh, what a relief it is!) I ate fairly decent today. Sore stomach bothers me this evening. Unreal! I have not run in 25 days. I've gained 4-5 pounds. I hope my costumes will still fit my fat body someday. I wish everyone lots of fun running, great training, and superb racing!
