All Time Favorite Race
Boston Mini 2014. It was a great result from a great training cycle. Looking at my splits in that race, I ecipsed my PR for all distances greater than 5k.

Of course the GWTC races, but outside of those – Jacksonville’s Gate River Run

It used to be Ralph Nader, but……! Now it’s folks like Molly Ivins. I admire anyone who works for the good of others, often at their own peril.
Why I run
Started because I was fat, continued for those sporadic good times and the feeling that I was disciplining my body.
