North Florida Christian School led the way by bring the most bags of cloths, food and other items to share on Thanksgiving morning to earn the $300 Kent Vann Partners in Excellence Award for the Community Sharing program. Brian Corbin and Judy Alexander worked overtime sorting more than 25 boxes of clothes and toys, three boxes and five large bags of nonperishable food items and two boxes of toiletry items.

That is a lot, but there was a plenty of room left in the U-Haul for more so Brian and Judy are already issuing a challenge to do better next year. Thanks to all who contributed and helped make Thanksgiving a little bit better for someone else. Items were donated to The Shelter, The Refuge House and Echo.
