Why I run

It is the best window I have to look through to see what’s happening inside.

Brief Running History

I started running in 1983 and was “hit and miss” till 1984 rolled around.  Since then I have run pretty much nonstop until getting sidelined by my hamstring.  When healthy I like to run 50-60 miles per week.  I have run over 400 races at distances from the mile through 50 miles and really enjoy the variety of different distances terrains and types of races.   I believe running is greatly enhanced when you can be part of a family like GWTC.
