RRCA dues are due in early February, and those include the insurance coverage that we need. Rex made a motion to cash in the CD to pay the dues, Cynthia seconded, motion passed.

The Christmas Party is set, what kind of beer should we have in the keg? Wine will be available for purchase from the Legion Hall. There will be a DJ.
Review of what was spent this year: Christmas Party $800, Awards and food $150, 3 socials at $150 each, Buffalo Wings $130, Forest Meadows $150, Relay for Life $130 = total $2033. It was the best year for socials yet. Sarah needs a new co-chair for next year.

Run to Posey’s, Christmas Eve is on again this year.
