Volunteer host Mickey Moore is joined by Clement Allen and his daughter, Jamila Allen, a father-daughter triathlon duo, for a conversation about the journey they have shared together.

From completing their first sprint triathlon in 2010 to finishing 12 Ironman races together, Clement and Jamila reflect on the challenges, triumphs and lessons that have strengthened their bond. They also discuss their pursuit of the Ironman Legacy Program, their goal of racing in Kona, Hawaii, and the advice they have for anyone considering an endurance challenge.
