For athletes of all levels who want to gain running fitness for cross-country, track, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, and tennis. Conditioning includes runs at various paces and distances, strength training, form drills, and games.

Weekdays, 7:45 – 9:30am daily, from Monday, May 30, to Friday, August 12

Location
Maclay School Track. Sessions will be in the vicinity, including nearby trails.

Cost
Any 1-2 weeks: $30
Any 3-4 weeks: $45
Entire Summer: $60

Typical Morning
7:45-8:00am Meet and divide into groups
8:00-8:45am Endurance Session
8:45-9:00am Break for popsicles and stretching
9:00-9:30am Strength Session
