Tuesday evening intervals at Maclay school have been discontinued due to lack of interest. These workouts were moved to Maclay From FSU due to the closure of the FSU track because of COVID-19.
The resumption of Tuesday evening intervals at FSU will be considered when the FSU Track becomes available for use.
