A record crowd turned out for the third running of the Wilderness Run. This year the 5K was a grand prix event and the talk centered around the “rope climb” and the huge hill at the end of the race.
Gary Droze and Sarah Docter-Williams were the winners in the 5K. Tommy Kunish and Laura Slyck won the 5 miler. There were a ton of kids our for the 1K race as well.
The event raised over $1500 for the Chenoweth Fund and a bunch more for Keep Tallahassee Leon County Beautiful. Special thanks to Susie Busch-Transou and everyone at Budweiser for all of their efforts to make this event a big success.
