Don’t feel like you have to give up cross-country for the year, though. The Florida State University Invitational Cross-Country Meet is coming to Apalachee Regional Park on 11-12 October 2019. There will even be middle school races on the Friday afternoon program, as well as collegiate races on Friday morning and high school events on Saturday morning.

Smooth trails!
